In which state you are from and what is the minimum fees of the colleges you are seeing, you can apply for the education loan from the college itself if the college is not providing the loan facility you can try from the bank itself. You can try for government colleges.

Firstly, visit your school, if the original mark sheet is available or not as it is not fixed when mark sheets will be delivered to the school. Admission starts from mid of July. At that time, Cutoffs are released and within a given time you have to verify your documents in University.
