Hemant, those who try to disturb the good tide of fortune in the hope of better scope, often fall in the bottom of the fortune. In 2 years if your package is 6 LPA, you are doing good in these times of recession. In any case, M.Tech. does not have much valuation in IT industry and you are not likely to benefit in any which manner. My suggestion is to retain focus on your career in the current organization and keep on developing the skill sets, which are so valuable in the industry.

To the best of my knowledge, MBA is for 2 or nearly 2 years in New Zealand. It makes sense to come for a diploma and then upgrade to MBA if you like it to be after reaching New Zealand. Else, you can come directly for an MBA.
If you pay international fees, which you are to, as like all other international students, there are many colleges that you accept you. But please note that to the best of my knowledge, it cannot be completed in 1 year.

The basic purpose of this program is to impart specialized knowledge on banking and functional knowledge on general management including all aspects of relationship management.

If you join CDAC you will gain knowledge and higher degree but you will still be treated as a fresher when you enter IT industry.
But if you plan to study further and do Phd etc then CDAC is a good option to choose.
