While, Australia and New Zealand have always been at the forefront in this sector. However, mostly at the under graduate vocational Education level.
You will find some good quality Master's program in both Australia and New Zealand, and both country presently have work permit options leading to PR.

Appear for exams like ELITMUS and AMCAT.
good companies recruit through these online exams.
and if u want to do some course ,then do professional certifications in CCNA ,JAVA ,LINUX or whichever u like.
it will add to your resume.

You can opt for either MBA on IT or if u studied math in u r BBA then u can also go for MCA. But if u want to be a software devoloper then go for MCA but if u are more interested on Business on IT rather than be a software developer then u can go for MBA, although in MBA u will study some of the core topics of the IT.
