good comoanies recruit through these online exams.
also u can appear for bank exams or SSC.
enroll yourself in some course like CA ICWAI or CS.
also i would suggest that u plan on further studies. because in today's competitive world having a graduate degree is not enough. you have to have a post graduate degree.

tp be an IPS officer first u need a graduate degree. then you will have to clear the exam for IPS officer conducted every year by UPSC.
the minimum age should not be less than 21 and maximum age should not be more than 30.
