In B. Tech, you can change your branch after 1st semester or 1 year. Because 1st year's course is same for all branches.
But if you want to do it after 1st year, then it is not possible.

BBA has very good prospect if MBA is done after it. BBA and MBA is more for Management Roles and offers good salaries. BBA involves Marketing, Finance, HR, Systems.
Since, your daughter is from science background,I would advise BBA in marketing or systems.
