For Masters courses an IELTS of 6.5 and higher is required , I don't think any institute accepts 5.5 for PG level courses. If you don't meet the requirements inquire about English language bridge courses offered by the college, they are offered to students or applicants not meeting English language requirements.

The DCP and full time placement are centralized. There is no discrimination between students returning from Dubai after there first year and students already studying at Ghaziabad. A DCP student can expect similar packages and/or profiles that come to campus for any other student of PDGM full time course.

Hi. You can go through the placement scenario of IMT Dubai at http://www.imtdubai.ac.ae/placements/
However, these are not the DCP(Dual Country Programme) placements. The DCP placements take place with the full time students at Ghaziabad. A snapshot of the same can be had at http://www.imt.edu/placements/

You will be eligible to apply for campus Placement if you make it to the college. It will be difficult for you to get shortlists from top and mid level companies. You shall focus on improving your academic scores during your MBA and build a strong CV to get shortlist from good companies on campus.
