Bhanti, earning an Executive MBA (EMBA) can provide experienced professionals with a number of benefits that they may otherwise not have had.  The EMBA program offers a flexible curriculum, affording currently employed professionals the opportunity to earn their Master in Business Administration while continuing to work. Despite the flexibility of the program, EMBA programs can be completed in as little as two years after which graduates can begin to realize the many benefits of having such a degree.

Both are good in JSS but please go with your interest just go through the syllabus / curriculum of both . First of all you should think and do some research about yourself . What excite you most , what you want to do in your life ,your aim . It depends on you what you like ,so please consider your interest not the placements ,faculty and other Stuffs. Please go with your interest . Scope of mechanical is good but in terms of placement in JSS Noida its not that good, only fraction of class students get placed through campus this time few that visited for mechies are Honda , Anglo-Eastern ,some designing related(Auto CAD, Solidworks)etc.

For abroad, you need to take GMAT and TOEFL/ IELTS and though most of the universities do require work experience but you can try for those which take applicants w/o experience. First select which country you wish to apply for.

Aamir, you can. To appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc  student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Another way of admission is entrance tests of individual Management Institutes or Universities.
Higher you score in CAT etc more easy for you to get admission.
You can check the websites of some universities for more details.
Good luck.
