Don't get influence by those people who says marks is not important, because it's all a lie to stop others from growing. People literally want you to get down, if they see you happy they will try to its part or get jealous of it and try to ruin it. 

The professor and dean Mr. Avinash S Bhalerao is a very good person whom you can share with and he supports and care for all the students and is available 24*7 for you. You will enjoy a lot reading with these teachers: Assistant Professor Chetna Thakre, Barkha Marathe, Prof. Mandar S Kulkarni, Prof. Dipti Bhosale, Prof. Sugat Ingle, Prof. Charu Sharma, Industry visiting faculty- Mr. Nilesh Akode, HOD Foundation course specialist of MITID- Prof. Neelam Bhosale. Overall the teachers are very masterly in their fields and so, the enriching experiences for students is a lot more increased and secured. They encourage active learning, give/take prompt constructive feedback, give the good connection between you and students, gives case studies and assignments.
