If you have good command in the languages mentioned, then you should be able to crack a good job easily. My recommendation shall be to do some pilot projects or websites or applications during your final year as a testimony to your knowledge. If you can do that (assuming you could easily do it as you have good knowledge of the programming languages used for this), your marks is never going to be a barrier for your successful future.

Yes, IBM specifically never say that they do not want a distance learning degree holder (AS TCS and Wipro does)
In fact one of my friend who is a distance learning graduate has worked with IBM as an experienced hire.
Recruitment is based on certain, myth, facts, belief and process so there are few companies who may not accept but still there are many who accept a distance learning degree.
