Go for BCA only if you aim for a career in programming, database administration, networking, software development, etc.
Eligibility Criteria- 10+2 level examinations, in any stream with Maths.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Canada.
So regarding this you need to decide two things.
1. Which course you wish to pursue.
2. In which intake you wish to take admission.
Eligibility criteria to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Canada are:
1. 12th pass from recognized education board (70%-80% plus in 12th)
2. High scores in IELTS (6 bands plus) or TOEFL (80 plus)
Please note that some universities may even require SAT scores.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
Please note that universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So it it would be always advisable to take IELTS or TOEFL test atleast 4-5 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.
