The first priority in B.Arch admission is given to candidates having the NATA scores at MITS Gwalior. However if seats remains vacant, than fills through the JEE Main stream. So your JEE Main marks are good enough for getting seat here if remains vacant after NATA.

This will depend upon your JEE Mains rank. If your JEE Mains rank is good, i.e. below 10000, then you will get an NIT or IIT. But if your rank is not so good, then you can go for private colleges which will give you admission if your JEE Mains rank is not so good.
