For pgdm the institute has its own screening procedure, wherein your score is just one parameter. For the mms programme the cutoff was around 120. But for the pg programme they do not disclose scores.

There is no reservations in SDMIMD. The selection is purely based on merit. If you have consistent good academic records you might have a chance of getting selected. I suggest you take CMAT once more as college considers best of Sept and Feb CMAT. in the 1st year everyone will be learning common subjects and second year you can specialize in Systems.
