Yes, Isha, you can drop your B.A. MS course in middle of the semester but for your information I would like to know you that you have to pay the whole tuition fee for that particular year. So, you have to be careful doing so.

GBU is the better option because of the following facts-
The facilities and infrastructure are great. There are many facilities like stadium, courts, 8 auditoriums and a huge library. Gallery classrooms are available. A complex is available for regular needs and fast food. It has shops related to food and stationery. Faculty: The faculty members are really good and are very helpful.
