As you have pursued computer engineering during your undergraduate course, you cannot get admission in MS in auto mobile engineering or aeronautical engineering.
In order to pursue MS in auto mobile engineering or aeronautical engineering, you need to have a relevant undergraduate degree.
As you have completed your undergraduate course in computer engineering, it will be advisable for you to pursue MS in the same or related fields as it will add on to what all you have learned during graduation.
