For applying at Portland State University, you are required to submit your application with all required information and application fee. You can also apply through the Common Application or the Coalition Application. The application fee for international students is $60. You can submit your application and pay the fee online through the PSU Admissions website.

For example, the cost for 8 credits is around $1,600 (INR 1,33,394.08), while the cost for 9 credits is around $1,800 (INR 1,50,068.34), and so on. The total cost for one academic year (8 terms) is approximately $8,000 (INR 6,66,970.40) to $9,600 (INR 8,00,365.44), excluding meals. 
Housing: The university offers various housing options, and the cost can range from $6,150 (INR 5,12,734.11) to $14,655 (INR 12,21,807.87) for transfer housing.

All admitted undergraduate international students are automatically considered for merit scholarships of up to $10,000 per year. The university does not specify a minimum score requirement for these scholarships, as they are awarded based on academic merit. However, students with higher academic achievements are more likely to receive larger scholarship amounts. The International Achievement Scholarship (IAS) is awarded to newly admitted international students who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership qualities. To be eligible for the IAS, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The Global Studies scholarship opportunities mention a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Portland State University offers several scholarships for international students, including Indian students. All admitted undergraduate international students are automatically considered for merit scholarships of up to $10,000 per year. Below are the DU attendance rules for LLM programme:

• Students should have attended a minimum of two-thirds of the total number of lectures delivered in the term in which he/ she has been admitted as a regular student; and
• He/ she should have submitted the research paper for class discussion in each course and the teacher teaching the course is satisfied with the paper and presentation in the class
• All students must submit a printed copy of their class presentation with Anti-Plagiarism Certificate before the end of the semester in the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Law, DU
• No students will be promoted to the next term, if he/she was detained for shortage of attendance and/or non-submission of written research papers in all the courses in class discussion and failed to get certificate from the teacher, teaching the subject
