As per your query, pursuing MBA would be the best option for you, however I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years in a sector in which you wish to start your own venture, gain relevant work experience and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of this wok experience would that after working you will know what are the market conditions, how day to day operations are carried out in particular business, all this would be really be helpful for you once your start your own business.

dear aspirant,
PCS or Punjab civil services is a state level services. in order to crack it you have to clear 3 stages namely:
1. preliminary
2. mains
3. interview
for preparing for preliminary round you need to start with NCERT text books of 6-10th to get clear with all the basic concepts. then you may go for other higher level books.
apart from it you will also have to analyses last year que papers to know the paper format.
practicing more and more que will help you cracking it really fast.
