dear student, as you mention above that you passed BCA, then it is good for you to go for MCA or if you are good in programming then go for MS in software engineering. As you are BCA student.you are not eligible for study in USA or UK because in these countries 4 year degree is counted as bachelor as BCA is 3 year degree. if you want to go for studies in UK or USA, go for 1 year diploma course then try for it.

u have done MBA in marketing so u go for EMBA or MBA in project management it ll lead your career like bullet speed.dont do HRM if u want to satisfy with only HR manager post in future then do HR.otherwise dont do boz u need knowledge of laws to become deputy general manager,GM,VP,MD.

if u r planning to pursue Engineering (BE/Btech/MS) in Automobile/Mechanical sector then GERMANY is the best place to study. German uni are Research based Uni, they dont provide u spoon feeding habit. German Automobiles and Medicine are world famous and recognized. if u quote an example like all the major brands Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Opel, Porsche, Volkswagen are from Germany. go for UPSC exams which conduct by indian govt to become IAS,IPS,IES,IFS.if you want to go for IAS then u should increase your reading knowledge i.e.current affairs, economics,sports and last but not least most imp indian constitution you study for UPSC exams u need to study on Ph.D level for crack the upsc so dont go for ph d go to become IAS. IAS is considered as equivalent to Ph.D.by indian constitution.
