Hi buddy, I suggest you to pursue career in new fields like Sports Management instead of going in to conventional fields as they are very saturated and have high competition there. Career prospects in sports are bright today as Indian sports is eventually getting the attention that it deserves. So if you are interested in this field, you should definitely go for it. Sports Management is a relatively novel concept in India that is being taught in an extremely small number of institutions all over the country which increases its value more. I would suggest one university which is pretty good for this program, i.e. University of Technolog

Choosing a good college is very difficult job,
according to me the best way is to ask from the current or ex students of that college because they are the one who knows about the collage better than anyone.
The other way is to see on different websites like https://shiksha.com,etc
don't just rely on college website as most colleges don't reveal the true figures of placement, Avg. Package etc
The main thing you have to look for is ROI.i.e whether you will be able to get good return on your investment. for example, IBS charges Rs 7 L as fees for 2 years so keeping in mind this huge investment you should get minimum package of Rs. 3.5 L p.a.

The GD/PI of Our collage is not that tough.
But you have to be prepared specially for GD as you will be discussing with 9 other students.
For clearing GD and PI you need to have the general awareness and also some facts about the place where you belong to.I will suggest you to just read newspaper and if possible practice Group discussion with your friends by taking some random topic.

Hi Nishant,
CAT, C-MAT and XAT are the entrance exams considered for PGDM. Last year cut-off for CAT and C-MAT were 88 percentile and 3000 rank (C-MAT feb) respectively. XAT is being considered for the first time, so past data is not available. Anyways cut-offs may change depending on number of applicants. In ca/pi process you will be awarded a MERIT RANK by SIMSR basing on your performance in CA/PI and entrance exam(CAT/C-MAT/XAT). Councelling process will be held and you have to choose your course depending on your merit rank.
All the Best.

Its not like that here as it is in engineering n other colleges.1st year is same for all the batch and then in the 2nd year you can select whatever field you feel interested to go in.there will be no seat allotment kind of issue.so you can choose your favourite specialization without any problem.you just need to maintain your grades a much more for finance nothing more than that.

.NET - This is among most popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.
The other options for the cours

The Department calculates an index score to make calls for the GD/PI round. The index score is based on 10th, 12th academics, graduation and CAT score.
The college does not reveal the index score cut off for SC ST candidates. But it is definitely on a lower side.
CAT score only is not the criteria. So please go ahead and apply. All the best.
