Both the universities are good but Being a Alumni of Lovely Professional University I can assure you that this university is safest for the girls. A few reasons for this blind assurance are-When I first entered LPU I was feeling fascinated by looking at the infrastructure of the Campus and on the other hand I was also feeling very nervous about my life at Campus but trust me I shouldn't have been because I had an awesome college Life, Made so many friends, created so many memories, learned from many experiences, etc.The university treats girls and boys equally.LPU offers more than 170+ programmes in different disciplines such as engineering, design, humanities, performing arts, management, commerce, education, agriculture, etc.
My experience with LPU is worthy. Teachers administration are very good in this university and they provide quality education for the students also the campus of this university is extremely well flourished and they provide a very good environment for the students. Semesters are taken accordingly and they are done with extreme strictness.
Getting bored is not an option at LPU because you'll be busy with your classes for more than half of the day and other time with habits and passion if your a passion follower and If not you'll become one before you leave LPU. Here you'll find many like that! After getting free from all this then you'll barely have sometime with your friends but still they will always remain an integral part of your life.
You will get each and every facility inside the campus like Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility.
I have learnt a lot during my days, you'll too but never let it ruin your true self. There will be times when situation will demand a change, go with your own decision(right or wrong) and never ever listen to the crowd because theyll always try to make you part of them which you arent born to be!
Overall experience with LPU has been rewarding with good placement.

UG, PG is not really the matter of concern in Animation. In animation you need to have certain skills, while some skills and techniques you have to acquire.
