Hello, Sorry but I could not get any information about lateral entry in any of the campuses of VIT. Many other sources indicate at this institution does not offer any admission directly to second year via lateral admission process. However I would like to advise you to approach the university directly to their administrative department and seeker clarification on this issue. Best wishes to you.

This is the most fundamental and mundane criteria that I am saying. The other detailed criteria and information is available in the link that I am attaching. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/jee-advanced-exam
Best wishes to you.
