Write UGC NET exam in the Management Stream. It conducted twice in a year, respectively in the month of June and December. If you will clear it, then on the basis of the same you can take admission in Ph.D. programme. This is the best way to do Ph.D. Else, you may check the notification of different universities or colleges who are offering this course and you may directly apply for their entrance exam and basis selection you will be eligible for admission. All the Best!

Hello Rohini, I am afraid the college predictor available for predicting the branch and the college that one can get is based on the MHT CET results and is applicable for fresh admissions in the first year of engineering. The predictor for Diploma holders who are in line to seek admission directly into the second year of four year degree course in different engineering colleges across the state is not available. But going by the percentage that you have mentioned at about 68 and above I am sure you will get admission in reasonably good college. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
I really cannot fathom why you cannot write your name. Maybe you have your own reasons. It's okay. To compare different colleges is quite tough since the criteria on which the comparison can be done are different and they can be made use of to manipulate the rankings. The criteria generally are the facilities provided to the students, the academic qualifications of the staff, the papers published by the staff, infrastructure available in the institute etc. However there are agencies available in the market which do this thankless job and publish their results. I am attaching one link where you can SEE different colleges in Mahara
