Both the Engineering and MBBS have their own benefits for your career. The reason for taking either of the courses depends on your capability. If you are wealthy enough to bare the expenses then you can go for a private college an go with any of the courses according to your interests. Everything else depends on your passion. Yes there is seats for this number zone but you have to the caste Certificate from ST or Ph.D.
