hi miss.latha,welcome to https://shiksha.com and yeah its very tough to select the best one of both because for each have the specified value let me explain on this if u go for M.S means masters in science u have to do in abroad countries or else in India also if u want to go for abroad u need to write the exams like GRE and TOEFL i think u know this and also its a huge process to study in abroad but if u have enough intrest and time and finance to handle means defenetly u go for abroad education or else continue ur studies in India also the masters is same in whole world India is also the best in that and coming to IAS its purely different to all the courses u need to write the group exam for entering into IAS but think that it is not an easy to get into IAS but at time if we think u can easily achieve it and remember MS in abroad means and ur saying u alredy working in a company right? and im not sure that u can get the visa for USA because its my personal experience so finally i came to UK in cambridge so its a big process miss.latha if u still wants to go for MS i can help u on any time.reply me, all the best

The outcome from pursuing any of the streams in engineering is highly dependent on the passion for the subject. UK, is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, there are many good universities in UK which offers MBA, a ,MBA degree form universities in UK is world wide accepted and acknowledged.
How ever please remember in order to pursue MBA form good university in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
You also need to take GMAT and IELTS test.
Universities in UK, have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
