As per my search I could find only two colleges offering M.Sc Molecular Biology in Bangalore, they are :
-Manipal Life Sciences Centre (MLSC)
-Manipal University
While selecting the best, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Please remember there will be no problem in getting a job, if you take a gap after graduation before pursuing MBA.
However, it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for MBA, as it further enhances the career prospects.

After diploma in engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.

Procedure :
To take admission, there is Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
