A difference of opinion is that with a B Tech degree at hand you will become eligible for posts which require the services of an engineer. You will be placed in engineering cadre in various firms. Doing a job at another firm without completing your degree may also deprive you of your valuable time for preparation to complete the course. As per your query it seems that you do not wish to take any management entrance test and get direct admission in B-school.
So regarding this please remember it is not be possible to get direct admission in B-School without taking tests like CAT, MAT etc.
For your reference find below various national level management entrance tests.
- CAT.
- MAT.
- XAT.
- CMAT.
- ATMA.
So as per your query I would suggest you to take atleast one of the entrance test mentioned above and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
Besides the tests mentioned above some B-school even conduct entrance test of their own like:
- IBSAT: ICFAI Business
