Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So with 38.37% marks in graduation you are no eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation and you are eligible for getting admission in this program

If you mean commercial pilot then please remember in order to become a commercial pilot you must have completed your Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
