Various ranking agencies have their own methodology for assessing the data furnished by b-schools. However there are quiet many rankings where IBA is up and some where IMS is up. So ranking is not great basis to compare.
surely look for placements statistics, faculty, infra and alumni network. Check where the Alumni have reached after 4-5 years of exp. that will give you a perspective of how institute play a role in building career not just placements.
Even on sikhsha institute pages.u should find Alumni if they have done great job, if they have not done then might not be listed :)
Try and visit both if possible
All the best!

Hi Imran,
Bachelor of Arts in Hotel management or BHM have almost the same course curriculum. All that differs in both of them is the way these courses are run in different institutes.
You may consider pursuing any of them as both of these courses will deliver your opportunities in the same place.
All the best.

If you could share your earlier qualification, I can suggest what more can be done. MBA if done from reputed institutes like IIMS only has greater value otherwise in india few years back thousands of mba colleges were closed as the degree has no value and very few takers.
