It is not compulsory to have computer at +2 to become a engineer. It is a desirable course at +2 level. Once you join engineering, you will have few papers on basics of computer as part of syllabus in I and II year of engineering to make you skillful to effectively use computer in engineering profession.

IISST is an autonomous institute under Department of Space, Govt. of India is the best Institute for Aerospace Engineering. Institute conducts B Tech in Aerospace and Avionics with intake of 60 seats for each course. This will help you to join ISRO.
