Both are good branches. But I suggest you to go for ECE since this branch have still scope not like that EEE. EEE have less scope comparatively to ECE. Also practical knowledge is more in ECE. Organisation prefer ECE engineer first than AEEE. If you want to pursue for robotics then you can choose it in PG course after choosing ECE in B.Tech. But you can't choose robotics after taking EEE since it little bit harder to understand the robotics then Because electronic clears your concepts easily and in a better way.
