To study MBA abroad, one needs work experience, especially if you want to get admitted into a good university and looking for a job. Average work experience of applicants is 3 to 5 years. If you want to apply without experience then go for MS management not MBA. For MBA you must also take the GMAT. There are also few exceptions; if you have a very good profile then you may be considered. Certain universities also accept freshers, they may not be highly ranked. Do some research here and decide what is best for you.

There are various exams held for the master's degree at the national level to state level institutes. One of the options for M.Sc. Admission in the topmost institutes of India is IIT JAM exam.
