We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great

Yeah, you're eligible for admission in LPU. From what I've seen, a JEE Main score of 56 isn't a problem because JEE isn't mandatory here, you can still apply based on your 12th marks or through LPUNEST.
Compared to colleges that depend strictly on JEE cutoffs, LPU is much more flexible. You still have a good chance to get your preferred course, and you can try LPUNEST to improve your scholarship.

In this you should go for B.Ed from regular mode from well known university and for M.Com you can take up distance mode in other valid university. Normally, students take this type of combinations to complete their education and learning teaching methodology.

Other courses, apart from studies, i don't think you will find time for that. But if you really want to learn something that might be good for you, you may look for some online courses as faculty members will support you for that as well.
But if you find some time for other activities like music and dancing you may join for that, college never restricts that. They will support, provided you should manage your time accordingly.
