D.Ed course is technically an elementary teacher training course. Diploma in Education is similar to D. El. Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education), JBT, D. T. Ed. (Diploma in Teachers Education) and ETT (Elementary Teacher Training) courses. D.Ed. , JBT, D. El. Ed. , D. T. Ed. And ETT courses have similar syllabus and course structure. These courses also offer similar job opportunities as you can became teacher or assistant teacher in government schools, private schools, NurseryCoaching/Private tuition classes, Day care centres. As 240 is the average mark in UPSEE which will get you something 30k around. (2k positive or negative that depends on cut-off).

CMAT Cut Off 2019 will vary from college to college. Since, there is no common admission process for CMAT, hence the testing agency does not release minimum cut off/qualifying marks for admissions. CMAT participating colleges will fix CMAT cut off percentiles for admission to 2019 academic year, independently. Not really. Rank doesn't really matter when it comes to Indian institutions. Unless you're in an IIT or NIT or NSIT or DTU etc., everything else doesn't really make much of a difference.
Coming to IP university, it may be a Grade A university, but its position with respect to elite institutions in India is questionable. There are some respectable Engineering colleges in IP. But, if you hear from their students, everyone will have some complaint or the other.
