Hello Mukit,
I don't think you should pursue engineering if you have scored only 50%. With only about 60% engineers getting job, it's no good. With many seats not getting filled up, you are bound to get admission. But please think, retrospect and then decide.

Yes, you can definitely do a degree course after completing a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering. In fact, many students who complete a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering go on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
A Diploma in Computer Science Engineering provides a solid foundation in computer science and engineering concepts, principles, and practices. However, a degree program provides more in-depth knowledge and skills in these areas, as well as exposure to advanced topics and technologies.

Hello Ritesh,
TISS is the best institute in it's field. Consequently it's quite tough to get admission there. And then as one can guess CTC is also quite good. Average CTC of about 16L is reported.

With 159 marks in SRMJEEE you have a good chance of securing admission to SRM University for CSE (Computer Science Engineering) programme. However, your rank will depend on number of candidates who appeared for the SRMJEEE and their respective scores. Hence, it is difficult to predict your rank without knowing the scores of other candidates. The rank in SRMJEEE is calculated based on the normalized score of the candidate, which is derived by adjusting the raw score of the candidate with respect to the average and standard deviation of the exam.
