B.Sc MCAJ (Bachelors of Science in Mass communication and Journalism)
You can take up the following courses from the government and private institutes. Some of the best colleges that you can choose from are:

The difference is only in symantics. In olden times the college/institute offering only engineering degree were awarding BTech while Universities where varities of programmes are offered were awarding BE. They are two sides of same coin.
You will have to clear MHTCET to get admission in this college.
