In order to pursue mass communication, you can take up the courses like:
BJMC (Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication)
B.Sc MCAJ (Bachelors of Science in Mass communication and Journalism)
You can take up the following courses from the government and private institutes. Some of the best colleges that you can choose from are:
Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication (SCMC)
GGS, IPU
DCAC
AAFT

If you pursue integrated course other then IITs, then you will get M.Tech degree also but you will lose chance to do M.Tech from IITs, which will get through GATE after B.Tech.
Otherwise, go to any educational web portal, you will get the list of best private colleges for integrated course.

There could be many options after PCB such as nursing, environmental science, agriculture, nutrition and dietetics, food technology, pharmacy, audiology and much more. Hello Hrishikesh,
The difference is only in symantics. In olden times the college/institute offering only engineering degree were awarding BTech while Universities where varities of programmes are offered were awarding BE. They are two sides of same coin.
You will have to clear MHTCET to get admission in this college.
