Hi, Since your question is about IGNOU, then I regret saying this but you probably won't have a good chance, since their eligibility criteria states that you need to have worked in the Banking or Financial Sector for at least two years. You could take a look at other institutions where your work experience would be valued. All the best.

I don't think anything has changed as compared with last year except perhaps for number of centers which has increased.
