The eligibility is present, where as there are more colleges in DU which you can try on, else ideally you can do it for most college in Bangalore VTU.
They have good placement and a good distribution of students from across India.

I do not think you would stand a great chance in the first round of counselling, since their seats fill out very quickly. You could try for their other campuses in Jaipur though.

It is very nice to hear from you that you want to take admission under lateral mode for doing your engineering graduation after completion of your diploma in Engineering However the institute that you are mentioning is stating on their website that they are affiliated to Karnataka State Open University. This is big trouble. This is so since UGC has once again advised all the Open Universities not to offer any professional course include in Engineering by way of distance education. It would be very soon to predict the ranks since second round of NATA exams are scheduled on July 7th, only after that exam ranks can be predicted. But yes, with a score of 160/200 in NATA exam you can definitely secure admission in BMS College of Architecture or PES or East West School of Architecture or KS School of Architecture or SJB School of Architecture.
