Hi Dipsy, in Singapore you may or may not find a 1 yr course. Also, before I suggest any University to you I would like to know if you already have a background in Food Science and technology ? If not then it could be difficult to apply for a MAsters in this subject.
If yes, then do give a few more options as looking specifically for food science or technology may not be offered.
