In order to pursue MBA form US, you need to have:
16 years of education with good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus
2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Some of the best universities in US, to pursue MBA are:
University of Southern California.

Hi D.Varun,
Although you can take up a course related to your interests i.e. Animation from any good institute along with your clearing the B.E arrears, but this will require a lot of time management between the two fields and the priority being your clearing the backlogs and hence you should focus on the same more as compared to taking up another course.
