Hi balu,
you have to do Polytech Diploma in Civil first which is of 2 yrs after your ITI and then you will do B.tech in civil which will be of 3 yrs after polytech diploma, All the best :)

Hi Kunal,
1) To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
