145 is a very good score. Dear you can get any good college and university on the basis of these marks in JEE. But keep all your options open.
There are many universities like Amity, SMU, Lovely etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
