IIMC is good but does not offer a PG Degree. Do a PG Degree as you've planned. It will help you a great deal in the longer run. Also. there are now courses as good as IIMC's or better that also offer a PG degree as well as equal placement opportunity. They are not expensive either. Think because you have options.

As per your query it seems that you have 15 years of education i.e 10+2+3, so as per your profile UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree, as in order to pursue masters degree from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e 10+2+4.
