If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 46% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.
