There are many reputed colleges and universities VIT, Vellore, RGUHS, Karnataka, LPU, Punjab, PGI, Chandigarh etc that offering these courses.

You surely can get a good govt.college. Other than govt.colleges we have many reputed private universities like LPU, BSAU, Chitkara etc. Some of these are offering scholarships to students on the basis of their marks in 12th as well as marks in entrance tests. You surely are going to get it on the basis of both. So check their websites for more details.
