This you need to check with the university campus as there is no record of any merit list on their website.
Other than Manipal we have other good universities around like Chitkara, Lovely, Galgotia etc where you can get admission on the basis of your marks in 12th too provided you fulfil their eligibility criteria.

After 12th with biology, you can go for a professional course like B.Tech Biotech/ nanaotech/ food tech./ agri. or you can go for BPT, B.Pharma, BMLT and so on. All these are the courses that are going to get a good job for you.
There are many reputed colleges and universities VIT, Vellore, RGUHS, Karnataka, LPU, Punjab, PGI, Chandigarh etc that offering these courses.
If fee is an issue then you don't have to worry as some of these universities are also offering scholarships to their students as well as study/education loan assistance too.

Anirudh for admission in B.Arch you also need to have valid NATA score i.e min.of 80. More the NATA score better are your chances of admission in a good college.
You surely can get a good govt.college. Other than govt.colleges we have many reputed private universities like LPU, BSAU, Chitkara etc. Some of these are offering scholarships to students on the basis of their marks in 12th as well as marks in entrance tests. You surely are going to get it on the basis of both. So check their websites for more details.
