Dear Chandan,
For PGDBM, best college among those which you have mentioned is JIMS-Kalkaji , yes not rohini it's JIMS kalkaji though campus isn't so good and big but it got good placements , Faculties, Industry exposer, International study tours so my suggestion is JIMS-Kalkaji.
