There is no best engineering college which can offer you engineering in this amount, however, you can avail scholarships offered by private universities like SIT Pune, Christ Bangalore. You can also check out colleges out of Pune, Bangalore like Lovely Professional University. You should check it out as it is having India's best scholarship scheme. I hope this helps.

Hi Ashutosh , you will get something around 160000 in JEE Mains. If you are from delhi region then you will most probably get ECE and other branches but not CS.
