Hi Abdul, Since you are from the IT industry, i would recommend that you look at the Information Management course at SPJIMR. This will help you greatly in enhancing your skills and leveraging on the experience you already have. Apart from the 2-year PGDM course, you can also look at the PGPM course which is for people who have industry experience and has been one of the highest ranked in the country, You could also look at the PGCIM course that provides you international exposure.

Dear Samir,
As far as your issue is concerned i suggest you to appear for other tests of government universities, most of the universities or colleges accepting MAT score are private having fee structure of above 3Lac Appx. very rare chances of any college accepting mat with fee upto 2lac, even if there is any that make no sense in joining that because such colleges aren't providing good facilities and exposer and placements.
so my recommendation is to appear for other tests.
good luck

Dear Twinkle,
You really can't compare both these courses because both have entirely different acceptability. But if you talk about one's decision to choose among to pursue it completely depends upon students own preference that what he/she is aiming after completing his/her professional qualification.
No doubt both courses having better career ahead but what sort of career you want to build for yourself that's your decision.
But you can't really compare both these courses on any given ground or parameter.
good luck

Choose the subject in which u have interest.
Don't decide it with marks.decide it with your better understanding and interest.
There r lot of examples of students who scored well at 10th level bt get supplymentry or fail in 11th standard due to poor understanding or lack interest in particular sub.
So choose the sub. In which you have match all the below points.
-good understanding
-great interest
-good scoring capability
-and have a good scope
.
.
.
And in my view,if u have a sub. Which all the above points match.then its the best suitable sub 4 u.
