Dear Nishant Mishra. jobs you can't buy always. any institute is a platform to get the job. some it happens though we come out from good institutes some time it won't happen to get a job. that may be spjain or IIM ahmedabad. or anything else. when you stand on a platform when train comes you have to move to get in train. how fast you will move that is most important.
