No course in the world can claim assured job after the completion, however computer science engineering is so far the best course and the most job fetching course. You should select a good university having good placement record and take admission. It is completely safe as long as you are a potential learner.

Generally Score of best four is considered for admission process, but if you goes for admission in private universities then it's upto their eligibility requirement few of such universities consider aggregate as well.
