It would be a tough call to get NIT with this much score in JEE mains but you can wait for the counseling. However, I would suggest you to apply for some other colleges so that you are not in trouble at a later stage. You can check out LPU in Jalandhar offering best scholarship based on 12 marks. Some other colleges to consider are-

Surely you are eligible to give the exam. But you will be disqualified in the document verification round at the time when you report to the college. Hence you should not give JEE Mains.

MCA itself covers most of the theoretical aspects of networking. Now having got a basic fundamental in computers thru these courses, it is more important to go for practical implementation, for that it is necessary to take up a job in the relevant field. Even if the salary package is low, you need to take a job, so that you get your expertise in that field. Along with a job, you can do many courses which can supplement your field of expertise. After MCA, you need not go for a full time course.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges is a good college to pursue engineering. It has a good placement record as well as average overall rankings. You can proceed with the admission in the college. However, there are even better options available which you should go for.
