No Your rank must have to lie within 25000 to get some food collages otherwise you may get collages but these are not up to the mark as u needed. If u qualified jee mains the u can try for several state level exam which take admessions on the basis of Jee mains there is a lot more chance for u. Good luck.

In comparison of IITs and NITs .
IIT is best.but some top NITs are also great.
